DIAbide Endmills

for Machining Non-Metallic Materials

and Non-ferrous Metals

Overview

sp3 offers 200 standard endmill styles in fractional inch diameters from 1/64-inch to 1/2-inch and metric diameters from 1 mm to 12 mm. Endmills are available in standard and extended lengths, with 2, 3, or 4 flutes.
Standard end styles are: square (center cutting, with an end grind angle 1° to 3° concave), square with corner radius, and ball. Options are chamfer end, ball end with elliptical gash, and a Weldon flat for a set-screw.
Custom tools: sp3 will grind custom endmills in diameters from 1/64-inch to 1/2-inch (1 to 12 mm) and lengths to 6 inches (150 mm).

Standard profiling endmills are available.     Precision moldmills for normal and deep, zero-draft graphite machining.

If you are using diamond pattern routers for side cutting fiberglass, consider switching to sp3 multi-flute routers. These routers will give significantly longer tool life coupled with higher feed rates. 10° helix angles ensure that there will be minimal material deflection force on thin panels.
