Thin-film diamond tools

CVD diamond coated tools, using sp3's patented "DIAbide" process. Tools include: endmills, profiling endmills, premium moldmills, drills, indexable inserts, profiling inserts, grooving, cut-off and threading inserts.

Thick-film diamond tools

sp3's “TFd” indexable inserts feature a cutting surface of pure diamond with no binder. TFd inserts provide a wear life 2 to 3 times that of PCD, and maintain edge sharpness longer. Absence of binder avoids chemical interaction with coolant or workpiece material. 		 

Polycrystalline diamond tools

PCD inserts, PCD and PCBN brazed cartridges, screw-on inserted cartridges. Also custom tools and a comprehensive tool refurbishing service.
